In December 2024, our Board of Directors dedicated two productive days to exercising its oversight role, ensuring that PaCT’s operations continue to align with our mission and objectives. During this visit, the board toured our regional offices and reviewed the progress of projects implemented in Kakumiro and Mubende Districts.
The board members had the opportunity to engage directly with the local teams and community beneficiaries, assessing the impact of our initiatives and identifying areas for continued improvement. Their presence and feedback were invaluable in reinforcing our commitment to effective project management and sustainable development.
The visit culminated today with our 4th Quarter Board meeting, where the board finalized plans for 2025, setting the stage for another year of transformative work in our target communities.
