In November 2024, the PaCT team had the incredible opportunity to participate in a three-day Institutional Development Framework (IDF) workshop, facilitated by our esteemed partners at Blood:Water. This engaging and eye-opening session brought together representatives from all sectors, department managers and officers to reflect on our progress, assess all key organizational sections, and develop a clear, actionable roadmap for future growth.
The workshop was designed to help us evaluate our performance, identify gaps, and strengthen our internal systems to enhance efficiency and impact. Through interactive discussions, team exercises, and expert guidance, we explored ways to improve our operations, governance, and overall strategy—ensuring that we continue to deliver meaningful change in the communities we serve.
One of the most inspiring aspects of the session was the shared commitment and enthusiasm from our team. The energy in the room was contagious as we brainstormed innovative solutions, set new goals, and reaffirmed our vision for a stronger and more sustainable PaCT.
