Who we are
PaCT is an indigenous non-for-profit making organization established in 1995 to positively transform communities for better standards of living. We based in Uganda with affiliation to The Mityana Charity a registered charity in the United Kingdom established to mobilize support for PaCT’s community projects in Uganda. PaCT currently operates in seven districts in Uganda that include Mityana, Mubende, Kiboga, Gomba, Kassanda, Kyankwanzi and Butambala with a strong and strategically directed plan to expand our interventions to reach more rural communities in other districts of Uganda. Our services target the needy in remote areas aimed contributing to improving the quality of life for our beneficiaries.

Education & Scholarships
We run a unique program that provides quality education opportunities to unprevileged children aimed at creating a self-sustainable societies.
Water Sanitation & Hygiene
51% of Ugandans lack access to safe water and 82% do not have access to sanitation facilities. PaCT commits to safe water and sustainable facilities.
Health Systems Support
With Uganda’s life expectancy standing at 62.5 yrs (WHO), PaCT is steadyfast in establishing and improving infrastructural status of rural healthy Units for quality medical services
Livelihood programs
Despite tremendous growth in Uganda’s economy over the years, nearly 27.7% of the population still lives in abject poverty (UNHS 2017). PaCT has therefore taken several initiatives aimed at improving household income.
Human Rights Advocacy & Awareness
PaCT partners with national and international stakeholders to promote and advocate for the rights of children and women through school human rights and community awarenesses
