
Madam Kasule Esther
Madam Esther is a seasoned leader in Christian ministry, education, and community development, currently serving as the Vice Chairperson of the PaCT Board of Directors. She has been a valued member of the PaCT board since 2020, contributing her deep experience and strategic insight to guide the organization’s mission and growth. As Vice Chairperson, Madam Kasule supports board leadership in governance functions, provides oversight on program implementation and safeguarding issues, and helps steer the organization’s strategic direction with a strong focus on community engagement and child welfare. She also serves on the Internal Sponsorship Committee, where she plays a key role in overseeing the work of the Education Department to ensure that PaCT’s education and sponsorship programs align with the organization’s mission and standards.
She has served in various leadership roles within the Mityana Diocese. Since 2019, she has been the Vice President of the Christian Women Fellowship, and previously served as Vice President of the Mothers’ Union from 2016 to 2018. She has also been the Head of the Children’s Church Ministry in the Diocese since 2014, a position she continues to hold with commitment and passion. In addition to her church leadership, Madam Kasule is the Director of St. Anny’s Junior School and Elvania Nursery School in Mityana, where she plays a vital role in shaping early childhood and primary education in the region.
Beyond these responsibilities, Madam Kasule is actively involved in various community-based initiatives. She teaches in the children’s church at Kiweesa Parish and serves as Secretary on the executive of the Mityana Diocese Children’s Church Committee, as well as Secretary of the Mothers’ Union at Kiweesa Parish Church. She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Mityana Bible Society and sings in both the Mityana Diocesan Choir and Kiweesa Christian Union.
Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to nurturing children, empowering women, and advancing faith-based education. Madam Kasule’s integrity, leadership, and unwavering dedication make her an indispensable member of the PaCT board and a respected voice in the wider community.
