We have devoted efforts to ensuring that the supported children in the education sector and other vulnerable youths are empowered with business skills through a well-tailored business mentorship and coaching program run on a module basis.
The modules of focus include among others Self-discovery:

- Personal entrepreneurial competences
- Business idea generation
- Market research
- Business Financing
- Business records management
- Managing business growth
- Sole proprietorships Vs partnerships
- Business registration procedures
- Business plan development.
Although we have registered remarkable results in having many of our sponsored graduates accessing decent employment at national and international level, there are many that have as well succeeded in establishing and effectively managing their Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Income Generating Activities (IGA) as a result of the business mentorship program including those that have existed the vocational training programs.
PaCT has widened her strategies to integrate the business mentorship and training program into her other projects to ensure that a wider community is empowered to achieve economic sustainability. Teenage mothers and teenage headed families for instance are also taken through life skills trainings. Upon completion of trainings, they are supported with startup kits to enable them start their own businesses.
