To ensure sustainability for the support given to children and youth to access and complete their education, PaCT undertakes several initiatives to economically empower benefitting households and youth to engage in income-generating activities.
In collaboration with local BTVET institutions, PaCT sponsors youth to attend training especially in non- conventional vocational skills such as driving, internet- based enterprises, welding, Carpentry, tailoring, fashion and beauty, catering, nursing among others. PaCT also engages her sponsored children in shoe making activities, craft making, Music Dance and Drama and sports to support them grow their talent as well as grow with a skill.
