The board of directors is a fundamental governing body of our organization responsible for numerous specialized functions. The primary responsibility of the board is to oversee and regulate the organization’s policies for effective functionality of the organization.
In other words, the board bears legal, monetary, and moral responsibility for the organization. Each board member is important and carries particular function that contribute to his or her work on the board as a whole. The board periodically evaluates PaCT’s goal and objectives to determine whether any changes are necessary. They examine the programmes, operations, and/or fundraising efforts of the organization to ensure that it has not strayed from its mission.
The Board comprises of experts and experienced persons from several fields who are well-aligned with our programmes.
