Mrs. Ruth Kombe Kizza

Board Treasurer

Mrs. Kizza is a seasoned financial management professional and former banking executive with over three decades of experience in the financial services sector. She currently serves as the Treasurer on the PaCT Board of Directors, where she provides leadership in financial oversight, risk management, and budgeting. Since joining the board, she has played a critical role in ensuring strong financial governance, compliance with donor requirements, and effective resource stewardship aligned with PaCT’s mission to empower communities and protect children.

Before retiring in October 2021, Mrs. Kizza held a distinguished career at Centenary Bank, where she served in various senior management positions across multiple branches. From 2019 until her retirement, she was Manager of Payments at the bank’s Mapeera Head Office. Prior to that, she worked as Senior Branch Manager for the Mityana Branch from 2015 to 2019 and for the Mapeera Branch from 2012 to 2014. Her leadership experience also spans branches in Mukono, Entebbe Road, Mbale, Nakivubo, Tororo, Arua, and Mityana, reflecting her versatility and proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive performance in both urban and rural contexts.

Earlier in her career, she served as Branch Manager (1997–1998) and Sub-manager (1996–1997), following her entry into banking after working as a teacher at Trinity College Nabbingo (1989–1990). Mrs. Kizza is currently also a board member at S&C Fintech Microfinance, where she continues to lend her financial expertise and governance experience.

Her integrity, extensive banking knowledge, and commitment to transparency make her an invaluable asset to the PaCT Board of Directors. As Treasurer, Mrs. Kizza ensures that PaCT remains financially sustainable, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the children, families, and communities it serves.
